Insurance & Third Party Payments For Physical Therapy Services
By Georgia state law a physican referral, or prescription, is required to receive physical therapy care. While most health care coverage has
provisions for physical therapy our office staff can confirm whether or not physical therapy is covered by your provider. This is very important
because ultimately the patient is responsible for the payment of services rendered. Rejection of claims for payment by an insurance company does
not relieve a patient of any obligations to pay our clinic or therapists.
We accept most major insurance coverage as well as cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Please call our office to confirm that we accept your insurance.
Our office staff will make every reasonable effort to work with you, and your providers, to provide excellent physical therapy services and
minimize your out of pocket expenses.

your expenses, including co-pays, we accept cash, personal checks, debit and credit cards.
