Athletic Training and Circuit Training
Athletic Training: Canton Institute for Physical Therapy (CIPT) has partnered with Reinhardt
College in the addition of a second licensed athletic trainer for the college and their athletic programs. This partnership
will allow Reinhardt's post-surgical athletes to begin their rehabilitation at CIPT's state of the art physical and
occupational therapy center. ATC's will be on staff at the college and on site at CIPT to access all athletic injuries as
deemed necessary by their physician. ATC care is not limited to Reinhardt college athletes.
Personal Training and Circuit Training ("Hit the Deck"): A comprehensive medically supervised circuit training program designed not only to meet physical appearance and weight loss goals, but also to improve general flexibility, strength, agility and overall function. The goal of "Hit the Deck" is to restore the human body as much as possible to the strength, flexibility, endurance and athleticism of youth. The program is designed for the rigors and demands of today's lifestyle. It is quick (can be completed in less than an hour), it is comprehensive, and it is performed under the observation of medical personnel who are on hand to ensure proper techniques, address issues and modify exercises, and treat injuries or general soreness associated with their exercises or other activities of daily living.
